Pause Front Squat - 1 rep @90% of last weeks HS
Power Clean - 2x1 - aim to use a heavier weight than last weeks heaviest
Clean Pull - 3x3@70%
Wide Grip Pull-Ups - 3x12
Barbell Curl - 10RM

Session 3

Jerk - 2x1 - aim to use a heavier weight than last weeks heaviest
Push Press - 3x3@70%
Snatch Grip Press - Seated - 10-10-10
Pushups - 5xmax reps - rest as needed between efforts
Sit-Ups

Session 4
Back Squat - 3x3@70%
Snatch - 3x1@60%
Clean and Jerk - 3x1@60%
Pendlay Row - 3x10
