B. Clean and Jerk 1@90%, 1@92%,1@95% 

C. Clean Deadlift - 1RM

B.  100 Pushups for time

C.  10 wall-walks or accumulate 1-2 minutes handstand hold (wall)

A. Hex Bar DL - 10RM (accumulate at least five working sets) 

B. DL Rack Pulls (@knee) - Heavy triple (accumulate at least five working sets)
