A. Hang Snatch - EMOTM x 10 minutes perform three hang snatches. 
Keep the weight the same for two minutes before adding. 
B. Snatch Deficit Deadlift 5x3@90% heavy single
C. Snatch Grip Push Press + pause OHS (3 seconds) - 3+1 x 5 sets - add weight accordingly
D. Backsquat 3x5 - aim to add 5-10 pounds to last weeks working sets.
